Eighty-plus events a year, and what already happened.

AMCHAM hosts 80+ events annually ranging from the quarterly Ambassador Briefing to networking events, online webinars, and expert speakers. Almost all events are members-only and members receive a discounted rate for admission fees.

01 / Signature

The four the chamber names

Their own four signature events, as the chamber names and dates them on its own site.

The Annual General Meeting
End of January. A business and festive occasion marking the close of the AMCHAM year: the presentation of financial statements, committee reports, an address from the President and the Executive Director, questions from members, and the vote of new Governors to the Board. The U.S. Ambassador traditionally attends.
The AMCHAM CSR Excellence (ACE) Awards
November, at Thanksgiving. Launched in August 2015 to recognise member companies whose CSR programmes create long-term economic and social benefit in Myanmar communities, judged on five categories and presented at the AMCHAM Thanksgiving luncheon.
Quarterly Briefings by the U.S. Ambassador
Quarterly. A members-only economic and political update from the U.S. Ambassador to Burma.
The AMCHAM Ball
September or October. One of Yangon's top social events of the year, with a different theme each year.
